We created Paleovalley Grass Fed Organ Complex to make getting a full spectrum of traditional superfoods, loaded with nutrients, into your body faster, easier, and without having to tolerate the taste (or cooking for that matter).

Our Grass Fed Organ Complex contains not one but three organs from healthy, grass fed, pasture-raised cows so you are getting a more diverse array of nutrients. Most other similar products only contain one (usually liver) and it is spray dried at high temperatures.

The ideal way to maintain the fragile nutrients and enzymes found in organ meats is to eat them raw…again, not ideal for most people. So instead, we gently freeze-dry the organs in order to preserve as many of these nutrients as possible.
