Adam Miller

Adam is the managing partner at the Irvine based law firm of Miller Miller Gerber LLP. My practice focuses on business transactional work and business litigation.

He focuses on helping businesses strengthen and grow their bottom line by serving as a trusted advisor and quasi-general counsel. He also assists business with entity formation, structuring contracts to optimize a business performance, and liquidity events such as mergers and acquisitions.

Adam’s professional experience prior to Miller Miller Gerber included a clerkship with the Honorable Asher Grunis of the Israeli Supreme Court, and time at the New York bases firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. While at Paul Weiss, he gained experience doing large scale public and private M&A work, cutting edge high tech trading litigation, large securities class actions, and simple partnership disputes.

Adam received my Bachelor of the Arts, Suma Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and my Juris Doctorate from the New York University School of Law in 2007. As an active member of the community, he sits on the Board of Directors of Jewish Federation & Family Services of Orange County, am Co-Chair for Jewish Federations of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet, and was a founder of the Uncork for Hope Foundation, which raises funds to support new and innovative programs for at risk youth.

As an active member of the community, he hosts his own annual Charity Wine Tasting called Uncork for Hope, which benefits Boys Town California, and is also a participant in the CHOC Follies, an annual musical theater production that benefits the Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Adam is also on the Board of Governors for the Center Club, the Board of Directors for Boys Town California, and an active participant at the Jewish Federation and Family Services in Orange County, where he serves on the NextGen Board, the Ignite co-chair, and is also currently serving a six year term on the Jewish Federations National Youth Leadership Cabinet.
